Airport. The Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) is located 4.5 miles from the hotel.
Stations nearby the hotel:

• Train/Amtrak Station: Back Bay Station
Driving. The Massachusetts all-electronic tolling system, EZDriveMA, is used to pay tolls on the Massachusetts Turnpike, bridges, and tunnels without toll booths, barriers or gates.
Parking. The options available at the Boston Marriott Copley Place include: On-Site parking is $69 daily. On-site valet parking is available with access in/out for $69 daily. Off-Site parking is at the Copley Place Garage, located .1 Miles away. Valet parking is $69 daily.

Speaker Check-in
If you are speaking in a session*, please submit your slides at least 4 hours before the presentation. Slides can either be uploaded to the Speaker Portal before Tuesday, June 20th or onsite at the Speaker Ready Room in the Yarmouth Room (4th floor).
*Note: Member Society Symposia, industry tutorials, partner programs, and course speakers should not submit slides; please bring your slides directly to the session room. An AV tech will be available to assist with loading it into the MacBook laptop in the room.

Evaluation
During the meeting, delegates will receive emails with reminders and a link to meeting evaluations. The evaluations are linked from the mobile app as well.
Certificate of Attendance
The FOCIS 2023 Annual Meeting evaluation is available after the meeting. After completing the evaluation, you will receive a link to the attendance certificate request form. A certificate (PDF file) will be sent to you following submission. If needed, you can email info@focisnet.org to follow up on your request for a certificate of attendance.
