Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participant will recognize granzyme K+ T cells as the major CD8 T cell population expanded in inflamed tissue in RA, UC, CD and other inflamed tissues.
Participants will learn about a new pathway of complement activation and the key role of granzyme K in initiating it.
Participants will learn about the subsets of CD8+ T cells in human autoimmune tissues
