Heterogeneity and Plasticity of Alloreactive T cell Clones in a Human Non-lymphoid Tissue

Learning Objectives:

• Obtain novel insights to the tissue residency and immune tolerance of alloreactive T cells in the graft after human solid organ transplantation and a deeper understanding of resident memory T cell biology in humans.
• Understand the multiomics platform by integrating pre- and post-Tx MLR-defined alloreactivity with T cell clonotype and RNA profiling.
• Demonstrate interchangeability between effector and tissue resident memory function for T cells at the single cell level in a human non-lymphoid tissue: the intestine.
