I am Slobodan Culina PhD, working at Pasteur Institute, Paris, France as a Research Engineer at an Immunomonitoring platform.
After obtaining my PhD degree in Immunology, I continued my scientific career as a Post-doctoral investigator in the HIV field at CEA, Fontenay-aux-Roses, France, followed by Type 1 Diabetes research at Institute Cochin, Paris. As a Research Scientist, at CEA, Saclay, France I directed overall operations surrounding the development of preclinical R&D projects relating to new immunomodulatory therapeutics for cancer treatment. My previous position was as a Project Manager at Gustave Roussy Institute, Villejuif, France. As Project Manager, I was responsible for the scientific component of the ICARUS project, a phase II clinical trial developed as a collaboration between Daiichi Sankyo and Institute Gustave Roussy, and the operational implementation of interactions between clinical trials and scientific work packages.
At present, at Pasteur Institute I am managing the recently opened Immunomonitoring platform that is part of the Cytometry and Biomarker Unit of Technology and Services (CB UTechS).
The results of my research work, up to now, were published in 20 scientific publications and presented at several French and International Congresses.
