Method: The underling cause of inflammation is due to hyper activation of complement pathways. Sulfonic nano polymers are balanced modulator of Factor H and Factor D and offer an attractive therapeutic target for C3 Glomerulopathy. Discussions: Sulfonic polymers are backed with extensive human safety record and can be advanced readily with additional formulation changes.
