Abstract Text: The Problem: Complement-mediated inflammation is a contributor to the dysfunction in lipid metabolism. Method: One solution to aging problem is to strengthen the physiological working of alternate complement system by inhibiting its dysfunction.
Results: Sulfonic nano polymers in right dose and formulation strategy can be used for inhibition of alternate complement system dysfunction and can increase its potential for the therapy for aging as well as prophylaxis for age related illnesses.
