My name is Rayan Najjar, MD, MPH. I am a clinician researcher at the University of Washington, Division of Rheumatology. My research interests are in using bioinformatics methodologies to study autoimmune diseases. I have been analyzing the urine single cell RNA-seq data from the AMP lupus nephritis study. Additionally, I conduct genomic studies to predict protein changes from alternative splicing in silico.
